We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Enterprise Sales Representative focused on identifying and securing large-scale, multi-location contracts with companies incorporated in the Northeast U.S., including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and beyond. This position involves full-cycle B2B sales, from prospecting to closing, and managing ongoing client relationships.  

📌 Key Responsibilities 

  • Prospect and develop new enterprise-level accounts in target verticals (property management, logistics, retail, government vendors, healthcare, etc.).

  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and convert high-value opportunities into contracts for unarmed guard and fire guard services.

  • Leverage advanced B2B selling techniques including consultative selling, strategic selling, conceptual selling, and negotiation.

  • Take market share from competitors by identifying vulnerable accounts and presenting superior security service solutions.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and proposals based on compliance, responsiveness, and service customization.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insight and solutions that align with their compliance and operational needs.

  • Collaborate with internal operations and dispatch to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery post-sale.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records for tracking contacts, stages, and sales activity.

  • Support government RFP responses and collaborate with leadership on bid strategies, where applicable.


 
💵 Compensation Structure


 
  • Commission-Based: Receive 18% commission on all closed contracts.
  • Base Pay Federal Minium Wage (7.25 an Hour).  

  • Commission is payable only after full payment is received from the client on each contract.

  • Bonus potential for strategic wins and referral development.


 
✅ Qualifications
 
  • Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within the security services, facilities management, or staffing industries.

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills in complex, multi-site deals.

  • Experience in selling to compliance-driven industries (e.g., government contractors, real estate portfolios, logistics).

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and the ability to operate independently while upholding the company’s reputation.

  • Familiarity with NYS/NYC security regulations, licensing, or DCJS compliance is a plus.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
